SHIPPING

Orders ship 1-3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Argentina National Holidays.

Europe: 3-6 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-7 business days
Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 4-7 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-7 business days

“The bees’ flight” is open and functioning normally: all products listed are available, and will be shipped in a timely manner.
Please note, however, the Argentine Government continues with the quarantine provision for COVID-19 for the entire territory.
And depending on your location, shipping carrier may not allow the entry of candles in your country.
If this happens with your order we will inform you quickly and we will refund all of your money immediately.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If for some reason you don’t receive this information please get in touch with us at hi@thebeesflight.com

During all the time that the item is flying from Argentina to your place we’ll be keeping you up to date about the shipping news, so you will not have to worry about that. Besides that, you can follow all the DHL movements with the tracking number we will provide you.

Undelivered Items

In the unlikely event that your parcel is undelivered, due to an error by the courier. DHL se contactara.
If we do not find you on the day of delivery, you will receive a notice with the DHL contact. You can contact you DHL to arrange the schedule of the delivery.
Generaly DHL will return the next day, if it cannot be delivered again, they will contact you by phone and email.

If a parcel does has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us within24 hours of the delivery date. Email hi@thebeesflight.com.
We will always endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible, however this process can take up 14 days to fully resolve.
We need to investigate and understand what has happened, before we ship another parcel.
In most cases, this is often shorter, but please bare with us.
